Concert Information Guide & FAQs

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

All events are considered RAIN or SHINE. If there is a risk to the safety of patrons or artists, a weather delay will take place on the day of the event and the concert will proceed when it’s safe to do so. Please be prepared for all weather conditions. Burning Kiln Winery regrets that tickets not used due to inclement weather or traffic delays, cannot be refunded or exchanged.

ARE MY TICKETS REFUNDABLE?

All ticket sales are final sale. There are no refunds for unused tickets. If you're unable to attend a concert, please visit our Facebook page and post them on a related concert post. Someone will likely purchase them from you as they are often in-demand.

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS?

Tickets are available to purchase through the link on our website or via our online shop.

HOW WILL I RECIEVE MY TICKETS?

Your mobile ticket(s) will be emailed to you after purchase. When you arrive at the event, you’ll need to display your tickets on your mobile phone. Each ticket has a custom code that Burning Kiln will scan to check you in to the event.

WHAT IF I'M PURCHASING TICKETS FOR A GROUP?

If you bought tickets for a group, we encourage you to transfer your additional tickets to anyone who may be meeting you at the event, making it easy to meet inside the concert area instead of waiting outside of the ticket gate. If you arrive to the event at the same time as your entire group, you may check-in multiple (or all) of your tickets on the same phone. In the event that you are unable to transfer a ticket to a member of your group, we ask that you make arrangements to meet them outside of the ticket gate upon their arrival.

DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET OR CAN YOU SCAN MY TICKET FROM MY PHONE?

When you arrive at the event, you’ll need to display your tickets on your mobile phone or present a clearly printed copy. Each ticket has a custom code that Burning Kiln will scan to check you in to the event.

If you are nervous about cell phone service at the venue, or have a cracked screen, battery issue, or you don’t have a smart phone, please bring a printed copy of your ticket(s) to the event. If you don’t have access to a printer, please email cheers@burningkilnwinery.ca and we will make arrangements for you to pick up your tickets prior to the event.

WILL THERE BE OPTIONS TO DRINK OTHER THAN WINE?

Burning Kiln wine, Hometown Brew beer, and water will be available during the concert through the purchase of drink tickets. Cash, debit, and credit payments are all accepted.

WILL THERE BE FOOD AVAILABLE AT THE CONCERT?

A variety of food trucks will be on the concert grounds throughout the duration of the events and will be announced on a concert-by-concert basis.

DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN CHAIR?

YES! Seating is not provided. Please bring a lawn chair or blanket for your comfort. Seating locations are not assigned or reserved for General Admission tickets and are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis. Each concert takes place outdoors and you may be exposed to the natural elements. Please be prepared with bug-protector, sunscreen, and/or a blanket if you require them.
